A Peek Into Our Backyard.

One of my most-asked questions from followers this time of year undoubtedly about our backyard furniture. What do we own, how do we care for it, would I recommend it? So today I’m sharing photos and links to everything that we have and why I’d buy it again.

First up: our outdoor sofa. This is something that I did a ton of research on and really questioned (because it’s an investment!) but let me tell you: seven years later, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. I love this particular style because it looks and feels like a wicker piece but it’s actually made of a powder-coated aluminum base, which means it HOLDS UP. I’ve never had a single issue and honestly, haven’t ever power-washed it. Ever. It’s a classic “you get what you pay for.” In this case, the sofa is pricey, but it’s 100% worth it because it will last for years and years. It comes in a few sizes and styles and there are several fabric options available.

After owning the sofa for a few months, I ordered these Loring side chairs (which are sadly no longer sold) but again, I love them. Same amazing material, they withstand everything (even the snow). Next, I ordered the Catalina Rockers in the same material, which we ADORE. Everyone wants to sit in these — they’re ergonomic, cool-looking, and don’t weather. The gray that I have is no longer available but they’re currerently on clearance in the lighter color, which matches our sofa!

Perhaps my favorite outdoor item is the Boonville Coffee Table.; I wanted something unique and organic-looking — and this is it! I have the smaller size and honestly my only regret is that I didn’t order the larger one. I love the shape, it’s held up really well and it just looks like it belongs outside!

We also own a few side tables that have again, lasted. No chips or cracking, really great price-point IMO. I have a dip-dyed color that’s no longer sold but this is the same table just in a light blue (also beautiful).

Our most recent purchase last year were outdoor dining chairs from the same Catalina collection. I just love this material and how comfortable they are. Cushions aren’t necessary, we leave them outside all year, just the best.

And then I grabbed this side table to hold our umbrella because why not? I love the very subtle stripe on all of the furniture. It doesn’t look or feel busy; it just adds the perfect amount of warmth and texture.

My next purchase will be a new outdoor dining table. There are a few that I have my eye on but I haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

Anyway, all of this to say that I LOVE all of the outdoor pieces that we own and every single piece is on sale until tomorrow (outdoor throw pillows included!!!)
