Our Whole House Trim Color
Before getting into each room, one paint color you will see throughout our entire home is our trim color.
Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace - CLICK HERE for samples!
Finish: Semi gloss
We use this on our baseboards, moulding, and most interior doors. Chantilly Lace is one of the most beautiful crisp whites. It is bright without feeling sterile and works beautifully alongside warmer neutral wall colors.
Using one consistent trim color throughout the home helps everything feel cohesive.
First Floor Paint Color

Finish: Eggshell
Our first floor walls are painted Benjamin Moore Misty Gray, which is a soft, airy gray with subtle warmth.
This shade works beautifully in spaces that receive a lot of natural light. It feels neutral without leaning too cool and pairs nicely with white trim and warm wood tones throughout the home.
You will see Misty Gray in our entryway and hallways, and it creates a seamless flow between each of our spaces. With white moulding and layered textures like woven furniture, neutral rugs, and natural wood accents, this color helps everything feel bright and timeless.
Mudroom Paint Color
The mudroom is one of my favorite spaces because it mixes paint and wallpaper for a layered look.

Our Neutral Paint Color Palette
Throughout our home, we have curated a consistent palette of:
Soft warm whites
Light neutral grays
Muted greens
Classic white trim
Using a small group of coordinating paint colors helps each room feel connected while still allowing each space to have its own personality.
If you are choosing paint colors for your home, my biggest advice is to start with one great trim color and then layer complementary neutrals from there!
